We always aim to make our customers love our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You send us an email announcing your wish to return your item at info@theboxoforigin.com;

  • You need to provide us your IBAN number and BIC-code of your bank account on which you desire the refund;

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it;

  • Your item needs to have the proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies.

SHIPPING & CUSTOM

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping and custom costs for returning your item. Shipping and custom costs are non-refundable.
